QuikCare

AI-assisted virtual consultations through WhatsApp. QuikCare is envisaged as an AI-powered virtual consultation assistant that performs much of the structured clinical work of a virtual doctor for appropriate minor and non-acute conditions: gathering symptoms and history, asking clinical follow-up questions, identifying red flags, and preparing a proposed assessment and treatment pathway — including medication recommendations where appropriate. The treating practitioner remains the final clinical decision-maker and reviews and authorises diagnosis, treatment and prescription-related outputs; unsuitable or higher-risk cases are escalated.
